Who we are

Aurex Home Services ("Aurex", "we") provides window cleaning and exterior maintenance services across Greater Montreal. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (including Law 25 requirements).

What we collect

Quote form: name, email, phone, property address, property type, requested services and any details you provide. This information is used solely to prepare your quote and respond to you.

Chat assistant: messages you send to our assistant are transmitted to an artificial-intelligence model provider (OpenRouter) to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive information there. Conversations are stored only in your browser and disappear when the session ends.

Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) required to operate and secure the site. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking tools.

How we use your information

We use your information to: respond to your quote requests, schedule and deliver our services, and communicate with you about your request. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing with third parties

Your form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit (a form-delivery service) to our email inbox. Chat messages are processed by OpenRouter. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside Quebec; we limit what is transmitted to the strict minimum.

Retention and security

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business purposes, then delete them. Access to your information is limited to the Aurex team.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to aurexhomeofficial@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The update date appears at the top of the page. Questions or complaints may also be directed to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
