By using the Aurex Home Services website ("Aurex", "we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotes and services

Information and examples on this site are provided for guidance only. Any quote submitted through the form or discussed with the virtual assistant remains a preliminary estimate: the final price is confirmed only after the property is assessed and an agreement is reached with Aurex. Before/after photos come from real job sites, but results may vary with the condition of each property.

Virtual assistant

The chat assistant uses an artificial-intelligence model and may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Its replies are neither an official quote nor a contractual commitment. In case of discrepancy, information confirmed by a member of the Aurex team prevails.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or the assistant for unlawful, abusive or automated purposes (bulk scraping, probing, overloading). We may limit or block access in case of abuse.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, logo, photos, videos) belongs to Aurex Home Services or is used with permission. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Aurex is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the virtual assistant. Nothing in these terms limits the legal warranties applicable to services rendered, nor your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
